I am a young women, who happens to have Juvenile Huntingtons or JDH. I was 18 when I was digonised. Juvenile Huntingtons(JHD)is a genetic disorder that leads to movement,dementia, and behavior disturbance, and ends with death. The duration of JHD is 7 to 10 years after onset. I received the Huntington's mutated gene from my biological father. He passed away in 2006 at 33 years old. This blog is about my life and my family, and how we are refusing to give up hope for me, how I am living with JHD and refusing to die with it. How my family is dealing with my illness. And how they are fighting back against JHD, and their hope. So pray and keep checking back and than PRAY.. For all the kids and their families dealing with JHD and HD.
